Returns/Cancellation Policy

eMockups is a web service and as such allocates staff to perform works on the basis of orders received. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the eMockups service is appropriate and applicable to the purchaser requirements. Please see our “FAQ” section on our website to give you an overview of the eMockups service.

Once the project transaction has been accepted and the Credit Card transaction confirmed then the project cannot be cancelled. Project materials will be created and made available to the purchaser. If the purchaser has uploaded an incorrect artwork Image for processing and continued with the credit card processing, they will be able to change the artwork image file within a short period. The purchaser should monitor the messages and project status levels associated with the project in the Member Tasks section on out website.

eMockups will confirm the new project transaction via email with a link to the uploaded artwork file for visual checking. eMockups will take appropriate steps to ensure that the project is successful to the purchasers satisfaction.

Delivery Policy

eMockups is a web service for design and web professionals. We deliver our products on-line via a secured login account. As a purchaser of eMockups products you will be able to download website projects that have been created by eMockups based on your artwork image file.

The website object will consist of a directory of files and images that can be used to form the basis of a new commercial website. All templates (as selected in the Submission Wizard) will be included.

File Downloads

All files on the eMockups website are kept in their original format. Before any files are posted on eMockups Website all files are verified to work and scanned for any viruses or trojans. eMockups Ltd or the respected third-party companies of these files are not responsible for any potential issues that may arise when running these files.

Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.
