The submission wizard is the start of the process with eMockups. The wizard is a tool that asks you a series of questions about how you want the completed eMockup to look. You can select from a series of options and upload an artwork file to us. The wizard interface has Next and Previous buttons.

All the choices are remembered so that you can jump forwards and backwards (Next and Previous) as many times as you like selecting your options. You also have the option of uploading your artwork file. This is a file that has a graphically flat representation of how the website will look. You will need to upload an artwork file before checkout but at the submission stage it's optional. This is handy if you need to create the trolley item with your website options but haven't quite sorted the artwork file yet.

Once the wizard has collected all the information it needs it creates a shopping trolley item that remains even after closing your browser. Your trolley items can exist for a period of up to thirty days before they are automatically cleared. A reminder notification is also displayed in the blue header area.

The submission wizard can be accessed from the main navigation header and can be accessed anonymously. However to checkout a submission with eMockups you will also need to register with us and gain a user account and password. This process will be familiar if you have ever purchased any items on-line.

Once you have registered with eMockups and your account has been validated you can gain access to the "Member Tasks" area of the eMockups website. These pages are secured by username and password. You should use the username and password you created at registration. Once accepted you will be diverted to the Member Tasks page.

The Members Tasks page has four tabs: Web Projects, Messages, Your Profile and Your Account.

• The "Web Projects" tab shows all the web projects that you have successfully submitted and checked out. Each web project has an assigned status level which denotes if the project has been accepted, is currently being built or has been completed. The View Detail link will show you detailed information about the trolley item you submitted, including the options selected and the artwork file you uploaded.
• The "Messages" tab shows all message threads that have been created by you and replied to by us. The messages tab is your primary method of communicating specific issues about your web projects and any problems you have encountered. Messages can be regarding a specific project, finance or sales matter or anything else releated to this service.
• The "Your Profile" tab show details about you. Your name address and contact details. It is very important that we have a current email address as notifications of completed web projects and message replies are channelled by this email address.
• The "Your Account" tab shows invoices of all web projects that are at build or complete status. From this tab you can view your invoices and print them to reclaim VAT etc. Submissions that are rejected after checking will not be charged and no invoice will be shown.
