This tab shows all the web projects you have submitted to eMockups. Each project is given a unique reference number which identifies the projects and associated art work files, invoices and downloads.
The tab headings can be sorted to your preference. To view web projects by Submission Date click on the column heading. The web projects will be automatically sorted.
You can also re-order the headings. Click and hold the heading and drag to a new position within the grid. Release to drop the heading into the new position.
If you have submitted more than 5 web projects you will also see the paging controls at the bottom of the grid. You can use these controls to page between your web projects. By default 5 web projects are shown at once.
The status column shows the current status of the web project. When a web project has been submitted & checked-out, the status column will show "Project Build". This means that the project is currently being constructed by our designers. When the project has been completed you will get a notification that the status has been changed to "Project Complete". It is only when a project is complete you will be able to download the web project files.
The "View Detail" link will take you to the details of the web project. This page shows all the options and your artwork file that we will use to create your eMockup. It should be noted that once your submission has been accepted you will not be able to change any of the Project Options or Notes. Once the project status has been set to "Project Complete" the download tab will show links for you to download your project files and images. The download area may also show links for patches or updates as and when they become available.
This tab shows all messages that you have created. A message consists of a main message body called a thread and any replies. The messages are grouped into related topics in the grid.
Topics are currently Support, Sales, Complaint, Account and Other. Depending on how you designated the message when you created it, will denote where the message resides in the grid.
The grid for each topic will show the date the message was created, the message title, whether replies have been read and if they have been resolved (fixed).
Click the View Message link to view the contents of the message thread and the associated replies. Replies are shown in chronological order.
If the message is no longer relevant click the "Mark issue as fixed" checkbox. You can also uncheck the "Message read" checkbox so that it will show as unread in the "Messages" grid.
You can also Click the "Reply" button and add a reply to the bottom of the thread. You can add as many replies as you like, should you need to. Please ensure that no xHTML or javascript code is included in the reply body as this will be blocked by our message security system and an error will be shown.
You can create a "New Message" by clicking on the link in the "Message" tab green header. A New Message page will be shown. Here you will need to select the type of message you want to send, title and message body. You can also opt to include the name of the project the message is about. This is very handy as you will not need to explicitly describe which project the message relates to. Click "Send" to send the message to eMockups. We will get to your message as soon as we can. You will be taken back to the main "Messages" grid.
