The whole eMockups process is designed to keep you informed about the status of your web project being built. You will receive communications from us at each stage, be it submission, acceptance or completion.

After submission by you, the artwork file that you uploaded to us will be checked. We need to ensure that the design you have uploaded is practical as a web design. Most of the designs we receive pass this test. eMockups - Et Voila We are looking for clarity of design in order to establish the effects of picture compression. Picture compression is used with most sites to speed up the load of the pictures and graphics. There is nothing worse than having to wait (what seems) an eternity for a page to load. We will compress your graphics up to a point where the balance of quality vs. file file is reached. It is typical that a sliced graphic in a native .psd or .il format will compress at around 80% and still retain a good level of quality and sharpness. The last thing we want is to ruin your work.

Once we have checked your work, we will schedule the project for build. This process takes around 3 working days but can take longer especially if we need to contact you regarding your design. If you need the work within a specific time period please ensure you let us know.

Once the project has been tested and validated you will receive a communication informing you that your web project has been released and is ready for download. You can login to your Member Tasks and download the project immediately. Your web projects remain on our system incase you lose or corrupt the download files, and you can access your web project/s from any computer linked to the Internet.

Accessing your finished eMockup is simple. You will need to logon to Member Tasks, view the detail of the completed project and select the "Downloads" tab. The project files will be available for download there, just click on the download link.

app_code	Visual Studio Master Page	Directory	This is a special directory used by Visual Studio to store custom classes.
app_date	Visual Studio Master Page	Directory	This is a special directory used by Visual Studio to store database objects.
AuthAdmin	Visual Studio Master Page	Directory	Directory used by the ASP.NET membership system. Members of the Admin role will be able to view webpages residing in this directory. Requires ASP.NET Membership activated.
AuthUser	Visual Studio Master Page	Directory	Directory used by the ASP.NET membership system. Members of the User role will be able to view webpages residing in this directory. Requires ASP.NET Membership activated.
Bin	Visual Studio Master Page	Directory	This is a special directory used by Visual Studio to store third-party program libraries.
CSS	Dreamweaver & Visual Studio Master Pages	Directory	This directory is used store style sheets that support the web project. There will be at least three files residing in this directory: emockups.css, which would have default rules defining the behaviour of the web page. msie.css, which has all the bug fixes specifically targeted at Microsoft Internet Explorer Web Browser version 6 and below. msie7.css, similar for the msie.css file, but targetinig MS IE browsers at version 7.
Fireworks	Dreamweaver & Visual Studio Master Pages	Directory	This directory is used to store your original artwork file and the .PNG file that we create to manage the graphics for your web project. This file should not be uploaded to your web hosting directory. Use the "Cloaking" feature in Dreamweaver or similar in Visual Studio.
Images	Dreamweaver & Visual Studio Master Pages	Directory	This directory contains all the graphic files we have created for your web project. There may be sub directories also containing files.
Scripts	Dreamweaver & Visual Studio Master Pages	Directory	This directory is used to store javascript files for use with your web project.
Templates	Dreamweaver	Directory	This directory is used to store Dreamweaver Template files for use with your web project.
default.aspx	Visual Studio Master Page	File	Sample home page file.
default.aspx.vb	Visual Studio Master Page	File	Sample code-behind home page file for custom classes (written in VB.NET, although this can be modified for C#).
default.html	Dreamweaver	File	Sample home page file.
<projectname>.master	Visual Studio Master Page	File	Master Page for your web project.
<projectname>.master.vb	Visual Studio Master Page	File	Master Page code-behind page file for custom classes (written in VB.NET, although this can be modified for C#).
web.config	Visual Studio Master Page	File	web.config file used to store project wide connection and security variables.
web.sitemap	Visual Studio Master Page	File	web.sitemap XLM file used to store navigational information that can be used for web page titling, page navigation and for use with sitemap custom controls.

The actual download itself is a zipped directory. If you unpack the directory you will see a series of files and directories that make up your web project. You will need all these files together to make the project work. You should not rename any of the files or directories as they may have negative effects on the web project. In order to use the project you should copy the entire directory including all files and sub directories to your website development area on your developer workstation. From there you will be able to access the web project from either Dreamweaver or Visual Studio so that the process of creating pages can begin.

If you need to view the project straight away a sample home page is always included. For Dreamweaver developers the file to run is "default.html" and for Visual Studio developers you will need to run "default.aspx".

Visual Studio developers should ensure that your web hosting for the web project is ASP.NET v3.5 enabled. This is accessed via the IIS control panel. Consult your web hosting company or your IT representative for more information. If you plan to use AJAX in your web project you should ensure that this is also installed on your web hosting servers.

The actual files you receive will depend on the Template you selected in the Submission Wizard. If you selected "No Template" then you will receive just the default.html file with Images and CSS directories.
